FAQ’s


  • Do you require a deposit for appointments?

 A 50% deposit is required to secure the service appointment if you're seeking extension services. This deposit is taken after your consultation. All other Services require no deposit at this time. I do, however, require a credit/card on file.

  • How long do I have to cancel or reschedule my appointment?

I ask everyone to give a 36-hour cancellation notice. I understand emergencies can happen, so I allow one last-minute cancellation without a fee. If the issue continues, a 50% charge in the amount of the services scheduled will be charged. No-shows will not be excused. Those who are no-shows will be banned.

  • What is included with my service?

All services are customized to achieve the results desired. You can visit my services page, each service will have a description of what they include.

  • Do you have Wi-Fi available? Can I bring my cell phone or mobile device?

I do offer complimentary 5G WiFi. You're welcome to bring your mobile devices, including Laptops. I only ask that you refrain from using speaker phones and be mindful of the area of hair I'm working on during your phone call.

  • Can I bring my children?

As much as we love our little ones, unless they're receiving a service as well, please make arrangements for child care. Your service experience is meant to be a relaxing experience. Due to limited space, hot styling tools, and chemicals, I ask that you seek other arrangements for your child/children.

  •  Are packages available for services?

Yes. I offer packages for select services, you're welcome to view them on my service packages

  • Are you taking New Guests?

Yes! Although, effective December 2022, I am no longer taking "Only Haircut and/or Styling Services". I am however taking Color Services with a haircut.

  • Are there any New Guest Specials?

Yes! All New Guests receive $30.00 off their first color service. All new extension guests receive $100.00 off their first installation service with the purchase of hair.
