Beth’s Hair Life Salon Policies & Courtesies:
No-Shows
No-shows will NOT be tolerated. Charges can be applied for 50% of the service(s) that were originally scheduled. Any guest given a “ No-Show” cannot schedule another service until we have discussed this together.
Late Arrival
Please know that anytime you’re more than 20 minutes late for your appointment, adjustments can be made to the service(s). If these adjustments are not an option, you will need to reschedule your appointment. Charges can be applied for last-minute cancellations.
Late Cancellations
I understand emergencies do happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify me within 36 HOURS of the scheduled appointment time. Should you cancel within the 36-hour window, you will be charged 50% of the services scheduled. These charges are due before your next appointment is scheduled.
Unannounced Service Change Fee
In instances where the service requested is changed without prior notification, a fee of 25% of the service's original price will be charged. This fee compensates for the time and resources allocated based on your initial request.
Right to Refuse Service
Please know that under given circumstances, I may refuse your service due to: The guest is under the age of 16 (for selected services), has health concerns that may affect or be affected by the service, has knowingly withheld information that may affect the outcome or put them at risk of the service, no-show(s) or habitually late, behaves disrespectfully or questions my professional integrity, and requests a service I do not feel adequate to perform, and any inappropriate behaviors I might feel uncomfortable with.
Children & Guests
For safety concerns, children not receiving a service be left elsewhere. Your service is meant to be a relaxing experience and that is not possible if you’re having to mind them. There are very dangerous chemicals and sharp and hot tools, and the concern for their safety is elevated. Secondly, due to the small space in my studio, I ask that you bring no more than one guest to accompany you during your service.
Online Booking
The online booking system displays available appointment times based on my schedule. If you don't find a suitable time, is available, please feel free to contact me directly for assistance. When booking your appointment, please select the appropriate service(s) that you would like to receive. If you're unsure about which service to choose, you can refer to our service menu or contact me for recommendations.
Minor Child Payment Authorization Policy
Parents or legal guardians must provide written authorization for minors to use their credit card for services. The authorization form will allow the minor to use the credit card solely for paying for services at our salon. The parent/guardian acknowledges responsibility for any charges incurred by the minor. We release our salon from any liability related to the use of the credit card by the minor. The form must be signed in person before services can be rendered.
Payments
Payment is due after services have been rendered, except for Hair Extensions services. Hair Extensions services require a 50% deposit. I accept cash, credit cards, Zelle, and gift cards from Beth's Hair Life. Tips are always appreciated, though never required. Tips can be given in cash or added to your credit card payment.
Health & Safety
If you're feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment. Masks may be required based on current health guidelines.
Consultations
Consultations are required for a new guests prior to receiving any services.

Retail and Product Returns
Product returns may be accepted within 60 days of purchase, and for items no more than 50% used.
